How to present your work in Modern Foreign Languages

Your exercise book is for neat work, grammar notes and for recording your targets and the levels you have achieved. It should be covered in plastic to keep it in a neat state and all work written in your book should be best work. Here are some guidelines on how to present your work.
    •       Always write in blue or black pen

    •   Start each new piece of work with the date and title written out in full and underlined. This helps you learn the spellings of the months and the numbers

    •     If you make a mistake, put one neat line through and write the correct version next to it. Like this you can learn from your mistakes

    •    Use your dictionary to check your spelling once completed

    •    All spelling tests and listening tests to be completed on rough paper. You need to bring a rough book every single lesson. Keep your spelling tests in an envelope on the last page of your exercise book

    •    Stick all worksheets and speaking tests into your exercise book for marking

    • Write your homework in your homework diary and not in your exercise book
