Follow these instructions to use the program called nutrients:

 
 

1. Click on the nutrients icon from the program menu.

 
 

2. Select the ingredients in your ice cream recipe from the food category list. For some ingredients you will have to find a close alternative:

 

OREOS - biscuit chocolate digestive

CREAM - double cream

MILK - whole pasteurised

YOGHURT - low fat plain

MALTESERS - honeycomb

M&Ms - Smarties

LEMON JUICE - is in drinks

WATER - is in miscellaneous

DARK CHOCOLATE - plain chocolate

CARAMEL - sugar

 

 
 

3. Click on 'add to list'. The input amount window will appear. Type in the correct amount in grams or ml and press enter. Select a boy/girl aged 15-18 years.

 

 
 

4. Click on table 'Full label and enter a name 'ice cream'. Enter number of portions which is 8.

 

 
 

5. Go to Edit and save this label to use on packaging design in your area 51. Start your packaging design using the template provided.
